About Pristine Roofing & Exteriors

Pristine Roofing & Exteriors was founded in August 2023 with a simple goal: provide homeowners with quality exterior work, honest communication, and the kind of service we would expect for our own homes.

Based right here in Huber Heights, Ohio, Pristine Roofing & Exteriors is locally owned and operated by Andrew Swasey, Zak Fieder, and Frank Palmer. With more than 20 years of combined experience in roofing and exterior remodels, our team brings hands on knowledge and experience to every project we take on.

Huber Heights isn’t just where our business is located, it’s home. All of us are Huber Heights natives, and we’re proud to have built our company in the same community that helped shape us. We work throughout the Dayton area, but being part of our local community has always been at the heart of who we are.

Built on Trust, Measured by Performance

For us, that means doing more than replacing roofs, siding, and gutters. It means finding ways to give back when we can. During the holidays, we’ve had the opportunity to donate roofs to local families and individuals in need, and those projects have become some of the most meaningful work we’ve done.

Since opening our doors, Pristine Roofing & Exteriors has continued to grow through referrals, repeat customers, and the support of homeowners throughout the area. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about where we’re headed. As we continue to grow, our goal is to never lose the personal service and accountability that got us here in the first place.

We’re local. We’re veteran owned. We’re invested in this community. And we’re working every day to build a company that our customers, employees, families, and neighbors can be proud of.

Andrew, Zak, and Frank communicated with me thoroughly and walked me through everything to make it a smooth and easy process. Their price was more than reasonable for the quality of work they provided. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will be using them in the future. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a new roof(complete tear off and boards replaced) installed this month, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Pristine Roofing. Travis came out to do the estimate, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done, and clearly went over the cost. He was incredibly kind, professional, and never made me feel pressured.

On installation day, the roofing crew was outstanding. They carefully laid out tarps, moved anything that could be in the way and worked efficiently while being friendly and respectful. When the job was finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up, leaving my property, looking spotless.

I highly Recommend Pristine Roofing to anyone looking for honest, professional service, and high-quality workmanship. Thank you, Travis and the entire team, For making the whole process a positive experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The knowledge and professionalism that Andrew Swasey has for roofing is not only impressive but reassuring. We had a client purchasing a home and they needed a roof assessment to determine if an inspection report was correctly done. He not only was there in less than 12 hours but walked the client through the report and helped him understand facts about roofs and what to look out for and what things like a drip edge do. The client was so relieved and it helped close the deal too. I will always recommend him and use himself for jobs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you so much Andrew and team. Our new roof looks amazing! You made the process so easy. After you had me open a claim with the insurance company, you and Frank took over and I was extremely happy with the check I received for the new roof. Thank you so much! And to complete the roof in one day, in this heat, your team deserves so much praise. And I appreciate the attention to detail on the cleanup afterwards. We couldn't be happier with the roof and with the Pristine team!
